Spondon Neighbourhood Board has funded the footway improvements now completed on Burnside Drive.
The funding from the Devolved Streetpride budget has provided a new protective barrier on the footway seals it from bad weather and reduces cracks and prevents deterioration so prolonging the life of the footway.
Further footway improvements have recently been made elsewhere in Spondon, funded as part of the Council's Core maintenance budget. These improvements can be seen at Arundel Drive, Clover Close and Ludlow Close.
