Press 1 - Rubbish and recycling including booking a bulky collection
Press 3 - If you require a bulky or large item collecting
Press 2 - to book a collection
Advise the customer service adviser you are in the free bulky collection ward (Spondon), so the customer service adviser does not charge you – they will check your address to make sure.
What you want us to collect
Tell the adviser what you want collected, for example:
- A fridge/freezer – these items can be collected free at any time in the year
- a table and up to four chairs
- a three-piece suite
The Council won't collect the following items:
- asbestos
- bathroom, kitchen and other fitted units
