Spondon Neighbourhood Board are delighted to say that detailed excellent work is well under way to restore the Homestead Wall (pictured top right) on Sitwell Street back to its former glory.
At the same time, Derby Homes and the City Council are now working together with interested members of our community on plans to repair the wall on West Road (bottom right).
The banking will then be replanted with appropriate trees and planting to restore the appearance of this significant area of our Conservation Area.
