Spondon Neighborhood Board and Traders Association are once again providing the popular Tree Shredding Service for Spondon residents.
You can have your old (real) Christmas tree shredded for free on Saturday 9th January 2016 from 10am to noon on Spondon Village Hall Car park. No need to book - just take your tree along between these times.
The 60 trees used for Spondon Alight will also be shredded and the chippings will either be used on local flower beds or as a biomass fuel.
